As soon as you see a dating website with the name of Get It On, you immediately know that the people that are going to make use of it, probably aren’t looking for the love of their life, or someone to settle down with.

Get It On is all about the hook-up, the casual encounter, the physical side of human relationships (like BeNaughty or Ashley Madison) unlike dating sites (like eHarmony or Tinder) meant for serious relationships.

That’s what the users of this site are looking for.

And there are so many of them!

In fact, the user numbers for this site are simply staggering.

Get It On: A user breakdown

10 million users.

Yes, that’s how many people have registered for profiles at Get It On.

That’s a massive number, the kind you see for large dating sites that have been around on the internet for years and years.

But it shows just how hook up sites are continuing to grow in popularity, that’s for sure.

Also, those numbers are driven by the fact that Get It On isn’t new.

In fact, it’s now been in existence for over 20 years having first started out in 1999.

It’s a sister site of Adult Friend Finder, so I would guess that those numbers could be a cross over between the two sites, but I wasn’t able to find any evidence of that fact.

Anyway, 10 million users mean that if you are looking for a casual hook-up, you really shouldn’t have any trouble finding one.

Another critical bit of information when breaking down the demographics of a dating or casual hook up site is the ratio of male to female users, as well as the age ranges of the users on the site.

It’s important to remember that at this point, you’ve done nothing to flesh out your profile.

So many people tend to skip this but that’s a major negative in my book.

If you don’t want to do it, at least upload a profile pic.

Once you’ve taken the searching engine out on a few twirls, you would probably have come across a few matchups that you’d like to reach out to.

Without a doubt, if you are looking for a hook up website for casual dating or no-strings-attached physical relationships, then Get It On can certainly provide that.

For me, however, there are a number of nagging issues.

For example, why does a website like this, that has over 10 million users not have a dedicated app?

It certainly could use one.

The features as well are nothing to really write home about other than the ability to message people.

On sites like these, nudity is prominent and if you’d like to tone it down, Get It On does have a content filter that allows you to.

That said, in terms of the nature of the site, nudity probably isn’t going to bother you that much.

In terms of searching for the right kind of matchup, a standout of Get It On is that it gives you many ways to do so.

The advance search has so many parameters that you can change but if you’d like different methods to search for that perfect hook up, there are so many other options that you can make use of.

And that helps keep things fresh.

Without a doubt, however, to really get anything out of the site in terms of hooking up with someone, you need a membership and the site is not scared to guide you to their sign-up page at every opportunity.

Overall, I think a solid 3 out of 5 is a fair score for Get It On.
